The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The location made it easy to access both the town and the beach.
Our room on the first floor overlooked the terrace of the restaurant. On the second night some noisy diners made it difficult for the children to sleep.

My wife and I stayed for seven days on business/bit of tourism. The small hotel is very well located for walking distance to the centre of the old town and the seafront. The staff are friendly and speak enough English to communicate with International visitors.(Clearly its better if you learn Italian). The restaurant is run by an enthusiastic, energetic young man, know by the nickname "Ori". Who provides a specific musical atmosphere singing and offering a choice of simple food in proportion to the kitchen facilities. The fresh fish is very good. The young local wine suits the food and Ori's personality. Ori's friend produces the local olive oil which is also good. However, the area does also offer a choice of other restaurants and bars to suit most budgets and tastes. The hotel restaurant starts at about 7.30 in the evening and closes one day a week .The hotel offers a 15% discount voucher for the restaurant of its more up market sister hotel accross the road.(Same owners) Generally we enjoyed our stay and would come back, even just to hear whether Ori's voice has improved :)
We booked a double room for 7 days. The first discomfort, ofen found in hotels, was not enough space or hangers in the wardrobe. The second was the very small bathroom. The weather for April was unusually chilly due to a cold wind, so the third discomfort was the inadequate adjustment of central heating to the weather conditions. The towels were damp unless changed and the bathroom was cold in the evenings and mornings. The fourth discomfort was a lack of consistency with the availability of food at the breakfast buffet. First come first gets the bread rolls, ham and cheese. Sometimes a fruit salad, other times, no fruit salad .If the food runs out you can't get more because the kitchen is closed ????. Interesting management approach? The coffee is served by the member of staff on reception duty in the morning. So coffee service can depend on the number of people paying their bill at reception......we remained tolerant and in a good mood. After all "when in Rome do as the Romans do" . Also applies to Fano . Anyway, we love Italy so we just remember the good things :))

The hotel offered clean linens and towels which were replaced daily. the location was perfect for our romantic getaway, just a short walk from the historic city center and its endless restaurants. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which was surprisingly good for the cost of the room.
the room was incredibly small and cramped, making it difficult to move around.

I liked the beds, they were very comfortable. The staff were helpful and were very good with the English language. The location of the hotel was about 15 minutes walk from the railway station even when pulling a suitcase. The hotel was very near to the old town and in a very prominent position easy to remember. Fano was a good place to relax and great for anyone interested in painting or drawing.
I would advise any guest to be careful with the use of the sky pay viewing option as the information provided was not clear enough in English and could end up costing one a small fortune.

The only thing I liked about this hotel was its location, which was convenient for my needs in Fano.
I had a poor experience at this hotel. Gloomy, small, dated and uncomfortable room. Small, shabby ill equipped bathroom with tepid water at 7.30am in a miniscule sized shower. Badly maintained and hazardous stairs with loose carpeting. I'm surprised the hotel passes safety inspections. There was no bread or rolls at 8.15am at buffet breakfast (service 7.30am - 10.00am) and the staff member simply stated, when asked, that they had run out and they could not (would not) get any more. Totally unacceptable. Nor were there meats and cheese - because these too had run out. So not a third way through the service period and there were no basics to be had from the buffet. The staff members attitude - a shrug of the shoulders, no apology, no attempt to do anything. As for the cold shower.....no interest whatsoever. They have no care for or understanding of customer service. I will soon have to return to Fano but I shall never return to this hotel.

The location was primo - 5-minute walk to the main Lido beach and a 5- minute walk to city centre. Simple hotel with few amenities but the spotless rooms and superb staff, and excellent location made for a great stay and holiday!

The Hotel was very well located 5 minute walk to the beach and convient to just walk around the town and see the sights and people of the area. The Hotel Staff was very cordial but only a few spoke english, but one must remember we are a visitor in their country.
When you paid for the wi-fi they did not tell you it was good for only one device, so if more than one in your party had a device to connect you had to pay twice. This somehow should be explianed when you are purchasing. Once you connect on one device even if you get out completely you can not use the same code and another peice and if you try you may not be able to get back onto the original device agan.
